Coord- Coord is short for coordinate. You will usually see this word on a post or picture that features a gal's outfit. This word can be spelled differently as code.
Make- Make is short for makeup. If a gal is showing off her coord and make, this means she is showing her makeup and outfit.
Brand- Brand is Japanese clothing brands that are popular among gyaru. Most brand is featured in shibuya 109 and is worn in gyaru magazines. Some gyaru brands include D.I.A, Ghosts of Harlem, Liz Lisa, and Cocolulu.
Gaijin- A gaijin gyaru is a gyaru that is not japanese. Gaijin is the Japanese word for foreigner.
Purikura- Purikura is a japanese photo booth that is very popular among gals. You have probably seen pictures taken in purikura booths before. Purikura photos can be edited to look very cute and decorated with adorable stickers and writing.

ParaPara- This is a style of dance that became popular in the 90's and also among gyaru. This type of dance is accompanied by European techno music.

Circles- A gyaru circle is a group of gyaru that get together to either casually hang out, take purikura, etc. or they get together to plan events and do parapara. Two very popular gyaru circles are angeleek (as seen above in video) and Black Diamond, which is the most popular kuro gyaru circle at the moment.
Scans- A scan is a spread from a gyaru magazine. Scans are great sources of makeup and outfit inspiration, and many gyaru blogs post magazine scans to share with other gyaru that may not be able to get a physical copy of the mag.
Sujimori- Sujimori is a hairstyle that is mostly seen in kuro gyaru. This hairstyle is voluminous and is sectioned off into smaller strands to give more detail to the look. This hairstyle is very extravagant and a distinctive hairstyle in gyaru.

Agepoyo- This word means super excited, and can be used at any point where you would have high energy. This word is the most popular among the "poyo" words. Gyaru created many slang words that usually ended in poyo, to make them sound cuter. Agepoyo is the one you will hear the most.
Comm- Comm is short for community. So when referring to the gyaru community, it is typical to use the word comm.
