Recent Liz Lisa Gets!

Hi! Today I have a really exciting blogpost! (For me at least)  Today I am showing off my newest additions to my Liz Lisa collection.

Ahh!! So much cuteness!  3 items were purchased from TKL and the other was purchased from Kawaii Gyaru Shop. So let's get into it!~

Rose Cosa Pumps in Ivory (¥ 3,758)

These shoes are so cute and comfy, not to mention the affordable price!  These shoes come with clip-on roses but I prefer to wear them without. 

Ruffle Ribbon Clutch in Blue (¥ 2,235)

This bag has been on my wishlist for awhile now, and when it went on sale I snatched it up! The original price for the bag seemed a bit outrageous and i'm glad I waited and didn't cave in.  I got it in blue since I'm trying to expand the color variations in my wardrobe. 

Knit Dolman Top in White (¥ 3,240)

I reaaaallly wanted this sweater in yellow, but sadly it sold out before I could buy it.  But I got it in white because I figured you could never go wrong with a basic white top. It is too warm to wear right now, but once autumn comes around I will definitely be wearing this. 

Velour Floral Winter Dress ($55)

I purchased this dress from Kawaii Gyaru Shop which is a secondhand shop I recommend! This dress is comfy and cute. It will be perfect for winter.

Favorite Brands

  Hi! Long time no see... Sorry for being inactive recently.  I know I promised a gyaru hair or makeup tutorial but I found that it's quite difficult to take pictures of the whole process and explain it clearly.

So, today I have a list of Japanese fashion brands I love! Keep in mind that my style is Hime Kaji and sometimes Onee.  

Liz Lisa

Liz Lisa is my favorite brand. It is perfect for hime kaji style and has the cutest and sweetest clothing and accessories I've ever seen. 

Secret Honey

Secret Honey can be incorporated into both hime kaji and larme. They come out with a lot of Disney themed clothing!  Secret Honey can be pricey but their OP's are lovely and definitely worth it. 

Axes Femme

Axes Femme used to be SUPER hime kaji, but now it can be considered mori. They still have pieces that can be used in hime kaji, and their clothing is quite affordable. 

Snidel

Snidel is definitely more high fashion than any of the other brands I will be talking about. But don't let this scare you away from checking out this brand! They have a lot of pastel and girly pieces. 

Luxe Rose

Luxe Rose is an onee gyaru brand, and I feel like it is an underrated one! their clothes are super cute and easy to coordinate. 

Ank Rouge

Ank Rouge is another brand that can be hime kaji or larme, and it has darker colors than Liz Lisa does, which is nice. So if you want to wear dark blue and even black but still look super cute, then Ank Rouge is the brand for you! 

Princess Melody

Look at how pink and magical their clothes are!!!  I guess this could be considered a hime gyaru brand? I have yet to purchase something from this brand, since their clothing is very pricey, but one day...one day! 

Rady

Rady is another Onee brand I love. I like this brand mainly because of all the different stuff they offer. They have roomwear, decor, underwear, and even cute clothes for kids. Their clothes are girly but also kind of sexy, which is what onee is all about. 

Swankiss

Swankiss is a very kitschy larme brand, and although I do not love every single item Swankiss creates, I do think they have a lot of cute statement pieces. I mean, just look at that mermaid bikini!!

May Favorites 2016

Hi!  Today's post is one that I was contemplating posting or not... but I decided to give it a shot. The reason I am not confident in this post is because it isn't 100% gyaru related. But, I have many products and goodies I would love to share with you all!

Kat Von D Tattoo Liner 
This eye liner is magical... seriously. It lasts all day, and even when I rub my eyes or workout it stays on, and doesn't smudge one bit! This is the best eye liner I have ever tried, and has a very precise applicator that is easy to use and the product dries quickly.

Wet n Wild Silk Finish Lipstick "Will You Be With Me?" 
You can never go wrong with Wet n Wild lipsticks! Priced at only $1 but amazing quality and color choices!  The color "Will You Be With Me?" is a dusty nude/pink and looks so pretty. It gives you that perfect pink pout.

 

Maybelline Lash Sensational Full Fan Effect Mascara 
I have heard a lot of hype about this mascara, and for good reason. Maybelline has the best affordable mascara, and this one is probably their best yet. I love wearing this with and without lashes on. 

Dolly Wink Lashes #13: Babygirl 
Okay, i'll admit that the only reason I purchased these was because of the name...  But, I do not regret buying these at all! They are so cute and perfect for more sweet eye makeup looks. I love Dolly Wink because of their quality as well as the fact that Tsubasa is my actual queen. They are more pricey than other brands, but definitely worth it. 

Barbie Bubble Grey Lenses 
How could I not include these?! hehe, these have been my go to circle lenses this month, and since I wrote a full review of these, I won't ramble too much about these. If you want to know more, check out my post here!

Bath and Body Works Midnight Pomegranate Body Cream and Body Mist 
This was a birthday gift, since my birthday was this month and I really enjoy this scent. Actually, my whole family loves this scent. My mom and sister have also been obsessed with these products!  This scent lingers on you for awhile, which is nice. It is strong when you first apply it, but after awhile the scent gets softer and smells amazing.

Garnier Fructis Curl Shape Spray Gel 
My fellow gyaru out there know how important hair sprays and gels are to keep the extravagant and awesome gal hairstyles looking great all day. This product is really interesting, since I had never used a gel you could pump out like a spray. This method of application is genius, since it prevents you from applying too much and weighing down your hair.  I have been rocking the fluffy, voluminous curls this month and this spray has been an essential for that.

Denim Jackets 
This month I have really admired boho gyaru, and the more bohemian era of Liz Lisa. I noticed that denim is used a lot more in that style as well, unlike most hime kaji coords. I got an off-brand jacket from Rue21, but many Onee brands as well as Liz Lisa have some really cute denim jackets!

Sailor Moon Drops 
This is a puzzle game that is available for both Android and IOS, and is so cute and addictive! I am not really into puzzle games like Candy Crush but if it's Sailor Moon themed, then I automatically love it!
