Now time for my answers!
1. I first discovered gyaru by seeing this pretty famous image of a ganguro gal. (I'm pretty sure most people in this community have seen it) I thought she looked very odd but also cute, this was when I was 12 or 13.

2. I have been gyaru for about a year now. I now, i'm pretty new to the style. OTL. But I researched gyaru for about 2 years until I finally had the confidence and finances to wear this style.

3. I first fell in love with himekaji! As I was researching gyaru a lot of images of liz lisa clothing came up and I thought it looked wearable but also unique and cute.

4. I wear himekaji the most. It's my favorite style and the style most of my clothing fits into. I do wear other styles but himkaji will always have a special place in my heart.

5. My favorite gyaru model is Okarie Matsuoka. Her makeup is so dolly and cute and she was the face of Ank Rouge for a long time which is one of my favorite brands.

6. My favorite brand is Liz Lisa (No surprise there, right?!)Most of my wardrobe is Liz Lisa, and I wear it ALL the time. I think their clothing is good quality, cute, and wearable.

7. I would bring back Cocolulu, which has only just recently stopped producing clothing. Cocolulu is such a unique brand, and I really want to see more amekaji clothing being produced as I adore that style!

8, My favorite gyaru magazine is Ranzuki. (The older issues of course) Ranzuki had a lot of variety of content and it featured a lot of my favorite gyaru models!

9. I would really like to try Rokku. Rokku is so different from himekaji and it looks so badass! I think it would be very different for me but in a good way!

10. My dream brand item is an Alba Rosa coat. I made a blogpost dedicated to this item! I just really want this piece of clothing to be mine.

11. For some reason, I just find it cringey when I see manba or kogal or kuro gyaru wearing crocs. They look so fabulous and then when you get to the shoes it's so... casual. I understand that they wear these for comfort, as heels aren't very fun to walk around it for long periods of time, but even sneakers would be better than crocs.

12. My favorite lashes are the Dolly Wink No. 2 Sweet Girly. I adore Dolly wink and these are my go to lashes!

13. My favorite lenses ATM (as it is always changing) is the Geo Princess Mimi Chocolate Brown lenses. They are the perfect brown circle lenses!

14. My favorite part of gyaru is the coords! I love clothes, my wardrobe is my most valued possession LOL. I love to plan outfits and I love to buy brand clothes as well.

15. A big gyaru pet peeve of mine is not being able to fit into brand! I am not a very big person, but sometimes one size items seem like they are meant for toddlers. OTL I hate spending money and waiting for items to arrive, only to discover they don't fit.
16. I have been trying to get more into parapara. I've never been a dancer, but I think parapara is an important part of gyaru culture that I want to be a part of.

17. Sadly I have not taken purikura. I hope to one day though!

18. I would obviously pick Liz Lisa! It's my favorite, as I mentioned before, and I basically already do wear it 24/7.

19. I adore Georgie Piyo! I love her style, and I think she is a great representation of amekaji. Everything about her is super cute, especially her coords. I take a lot of inspiration from her.

20. I'm probably gonna get bashed for this, but I think Sakurina is kind of overrated. Not to say she isn't a good gyaru model! She is gorgeous, but I think many gyaru models that aren't as famous as her look as good or even better than Sakurina.

21. My favorite coord to wear is a loose knit sweater with a skirt and high knee boots! It's especially perfect for the colder months and looks super cute and cozy!
 :
22. I loooovee hair accessories, such as hairbands, scrunchies, hair clips, bows, and barrettes. I think they make any hair style look extra cute and they are very versatile.

23. I have a goal of making my hair more gal. Right now my hair is kind of dull and black. I want to cut my bangs into a side swept fringe and dye it a milk tea color. I hope to do this by December at the latest.

24. My favorite off brand place to find gyaru clothing is rue21. Rue21 is a store that is targeted towards teens and is super affordable. Their clothing is really cute and is kind of behind on western trends which makes it more likely to be gyaru, since the more casual gal styles followed trends of the mid 2000s.

25. I style my hair is curls, braids, updos, and I add hair accessories a lot. I don't wear wigs very often but sometimes I add extensions if I want a more dramatic look. I follow a lot of tutorials found in Popteen and Ranzuki.

26. Sadly, i'm not a part of a gyaru circle. I don't even have friends that are gyaru. Not very many gyaru live around my area, or at least I think they don't. Maybe one day I can join a gyaru circle!

27. No, which is a bummer! I really want to meet other gals and gain gyaru friends that I can share my interests with. A lot of events happen in Europe, but not very many happen in America, as I've noticed.

28. I don't think I can pinpoint a specific year that gyaru was the best, but I think that from 2009-2011 was the best.
29. Gyaru is a lifestyle for me! It affects most things in my life, (In a good way of course) most of my time is spent doing makeup, hair, shopping for brand, looking at magazines, doing my nails, and blogging.

30. I would like to believe that gyaru will come back!  This style used to be so huge, and it slowly died down. This is mainly because the magazines toned down so much, therefore gyaru didn't have a huge media influence and was no longer seen as "trendy". It started out as a small Japanese fashion, and it is now back to that. But fashion comes in cycles and tends to repeat itself.
31. My favorite brand item is probably my new Liz Lisa scarf! I haven't blogged about it yet, but I plan to next week. I think Liz Lisa turns a winter essential such as a scarf into a unique and cute accessory.

32. I use fake glue on nails. I do this instead of acrylics because they are cheaper and they are easy to take on and off when you use nail glue tabs. I have to take my nails off for work as they are not allowed.  I get my nails from online shops, especially Etsy.
33. The most important part of gyaru is the makeup You can wear as much brand as you want, but without gyaru makeup it will not look gal at all. You can style your hair like a gyaru but if you don't have gyaru lashes and contour then you won't look gyaru.

34. I wear gyaru around 5 days a week. I wear gyaru to school on weekdays and maybe on the weekends if i'm going out somewhere.
35. I am currently in the process of trying to get my sister into gyaru. She really likes the onee look, but she is intimidated by the makeup.

36. Gyaru is my one and only!  I do admire the larme fashion and I know quite a bit about lolita fashion since I have lolita friends.
37. I am currently saving up for Japan so next year I can go with my boyfriend!

38. I like larme brands such as Katie, Milk, and Monlily. Their accessories and blouses go really well with himekaji clothing.
39. I like wearing blue and green circle lenses as they match well with my skintone and natural eye color!

40. I have no idea, but for right now I love gyaru!  If I am an old lady and still wearing Liz Lisa then I would be okay with that.

I'm sorry for the super long blogpost, but I hope all you gals will also do this tag!
